应用免疫组织化学方法研究了Ang II在小鼠卵巢中的定位。结果表明:Ang II分布在不同发育阶段卵泡的内、外膜细胞,卵母细胞及其透明带上,颗粒细胞和卵丘细胞未见着色。卵巢黄体,基质和血管上亦见有Ang II强免疫反应物。在成年小鼠或PMSG处理48 h的性未成熟小鼠卵巢上,少数有腔卵泡靠近卵泡腔侧的颗粒细胞中也检测到Ang II免疫阳性着色。推测Ang II在卵泡的发生、发育、卵泡退化和黄体的形成过程中起着重要作用。
The localization of Ang II in mouse ovary was studied by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that Ang II was distributed on the inner and outer membrane cells, oocytes and zona pellucida of follicles at different developmental stages. No staining was observed on granulosa cells and cumulus cells. Ovarian corpus luteum, stroma and blood vessels also see Ang II strong immune response. Ang II immunopositive staining was also detected in a few immature ovaries of adult mice or PMSG-treated immature mice 48 h in the presence of a few antral follicles near the granulomatous side of the follicle. It is speculated that Ang II plays an important role in the occurrence and development of follicles, follicular degeneration and formation of corpus luteum.
