新疆在矿产资源开发中的利益补偿问题探讨

新疆是一个少数民族聚居区,位于我国西北边陲,矿产资源十分丰富。大规模的矿产资源开发缓解了全国的资源需求,新疆已经成为我国矿产资源的战略接替区。然而,资源开发也会造成资源所在地的资源枯竭以及生态失衡,建立利益补偿制度应是区域经济合作协调发展的必然。由于诸多原因,我国资源开发利益补偿机制没有真正建立起来。本文分析了我国现行矿产资源开发的利益补偿存在的问题,提出了若干完善的对策和建议。 Xinjiang is a settlement of ethnic minorities, located in the northwestern border of China, is rich in mineral resources. Large-scale development of mineral resources has eased the nation’s resource needs, and Xinjiang has become a strategic successor of China’s mineral resources. However, resource development will also result in resource depletion and ecological imbalance in the locality where resources are located. Establishing a system of interest compensation should be an inevitable result of the coordinated development of regional economic cooperation. Due to many reasons, the compensation mechanism for the exploitation of resources in our country has not really been established. This paper analyzes the existing problems of interest compensation in the development of mineral resources in our country and puts forward some perfect countermeasures and suggestions.
