为了研究骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石集料级配的设计方法,依托国道G111高速公路工程,以粒子干涉理论和最大密度曲线理论为基础,采用逐级填充试验与理论计算相结合的方法,分析总结了骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石粗、细集料的最佳比例及混合料的合理级配,同时与规范推荐级配的水泥稳定碎石物理力学性能进行比较。结果表明:采用逐级填充与理论计算相结合的方法能够确定出水泥稳定碎石各种集料的最佳比例及混合料的合理级配,得到理想的骨架密实结构;所确定的骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石具有良好的物理力学性能。
In order to study the design method of aggregate density gradation of cement-stabilized macadam skeleton, relying on the national highway G111 highway project, based on the theory of particle interference and the theory of maximum density curve, a combination of gradual filling test and theoretical calculation was used to analyze The optimum proportions of coarse and fine aggregates and the reasonable grading of the mixture for the cement-stabilized macadam are summarized, and the physical and mechanical properties of the cement stabilized macadam are also compared. The results show that the optimal proportion of various aggregates and the reasonable gradation of mixture can be determined by the combination of gradual filling and theoretical calculation and the ideal skeleton compact structure can be obtained. Cement stabilized macadam has good physical and mechanical properties.
