直塔用于斜孔的实际意义是很大的。一台鑽机在同一地区施工,由于地質設計的要求有时打直孔,也有时就要打斜孔,甚至在同一个孔位上,有时也要打直斜不同角度的几个鑽孔。由于一台鑽机不便配备直、斜两套鑽塔,因而往往因为鑽机配备的是直塔,任务是斜孔,而等待斜塔,影响按时施工。也还有的鑽机,不管直孔斜孔一律使用斜塔。但斜塔比直塔要重很多,結构也較复杂,所有拆迁、安装工作都比直塔为麻煩。为此提出个人对于直塔打斜孔的一点想法,将其安装情况繪于右图,来与大家共同研究。
