随着Cessna172R飞机使用时间的逐渐增加,飞机操纵系统钢索已大量出现故障。其主要表现为钢索的磨损、断丝、锈蚀以及弯曲疲劳断裂等。飞机钢索作为飞机操纵系统最重要的部件之一,主要用来将驾驶员操作指令传递到相关舵面。通过对钢索结构组成原理、损伤形式、维护方法、检查方法和标准的分析,能有效的减缓钢索损伤速度,提高钢索的使用寿命,同时能及时准确的发现损伤,排除故障,保证飞机运行安全。
