Atier nearly two years of exploration and practice,China has proposed a comprehensive foreign strategy for the new era.This new grand strategy is based on the principles of the CPC leadership,independence,peaceful coexistence and win-win cooperation.With the overall national security concept and correct outlook on justice and benefit as the guide,this strategy is supported by a series of new mechanisms,institutions and initiatives.It advocates building a new type of power relationship and a community of common destiny in order to eventually form a true global partnership network. This is an important step taken by the Chinese govment in a critical phase when the world,China,and the relationship between the PRC and the world are all undergoing a profound and complex transformation.Under such circumstances,China hopes to maintain and make good use of the current period of strategic opportunities, and to further consolidate and expand its development space.
