清洁发展机制(CDM)是《京都议定书》中引入的灵活履约机制之一,近年来在我国取得迅猛发展。文章概括介绍CDM水电项目在我国的发展现状,选取水电项目数量最多的云南地区做实证分析,探讨当前CDM水电项目开发过程中的问题,进行区域协调发展度测算,以探析CDM项目的发展趋势及对区域经济协调发展的影响,并为今后的发展提供建议。
The Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) is one of the flexible compliance mechanisms introduced in the Kyoto Protocol. In recent years, it has made rapid progress in our country. The article summarizes the current development status of CDM hydropower projects in our country, select the largest number of hydropower projects in Yunnan Province to do empirical analysis to explore the current CDM hydropower project development process of the problem, the degree of regional coordination of development estimates to explore the CDM project development trends and On the coordinated development of regional economy, and provide suggestions for future development.
