目的:为《药品广告审查办法》的修订和完善提出合理化建议。方法:采用文献研究法,分析《药品广告审查办法》存在的问题和不足,提出修改意见。结果与结论:现有的《药品广告审查办法》已不适应新形势下药品广告的审核需要,不利于广告的监督管理,部分条款与现行法律相违背。修订和完善《药品广告审查办法》势在必行。
Objective: To put forward reasonable suggestions for the revision and perfection of the Measures for the Examination of Drug Advertisements. Methods: Using the literature research method, this paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings in the “Drug Advertising Review Measures” and proposes amendments. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The current “drug advertisement examination methods” have not adapted to the needs of the audit of drug advertisements in the new situation, which is not conducive to the supervision and management of advertisements. Some of the articles are contrary to the existing laws. It is imperative to revise and improve the “Drug Advertising Review Measures”.
