膀胱阴道瘘主要由产伤引起,手术治疗方法很多。较大膀胱阴道瘘单纯从阴道修补,困难较大。近年来,我们采用带蒂大阴唇脂肪瓣瘘口填塞术,术后留置输尿管导管和膀胱持续低负压引流治疗较大膀胱阴道瘘14例,疗效明显,现报告如下。一、临床资料患者14例,年龄35～55岁;生育1胎6例,2胎4例,3胎1例,4胎2例,5胎1例。病史4个月～26年。病因:分娩损伤12例,其中滞产5 Bladder vaginal fistula mainly caused by birth trauma, surgical treatment of many ways.
