对经数字减影脑血管造影证实的16例脑动静脉畸形和4例颈内动脉海绵窦瘘的经颅多普勒资料进行了分析。认为根据经颅多普勒检查的频谱及血流速度的改变,可为早期诊断提供有利线索,并可观察脑血流动力学的改变,以对脑血管手术后的疗效做出判断。
Transcranial Doppler data of 16 cases of cerebral arteriovenous malformations confirmed by digital subtraction angiography and 4 cases of internal carotid cavernous fistulas were analyzed. It is considered that the change of spectrum and blood flow velocity according to transcranial Doppler examination can provide favorable clues for early diagnosis and can observe the changes of cerebral hemodynamics to judge the curative effect after cerebrovascular surgery.
