序论近年以来,有关13、14世纪蒙古大汗(Qayan)、诸王所发布的命令文书的研究正处于蓬勃进展之中、与此同时,蒙古在其统治下的欧亚各地所实施的文书行政等相关研究也正渐次展开。但是,到目前为止,研究者们的主要着眼点仍在于公文书的作成阶段,而对诸如文书作成后如何传达等情况的深入考察还尚未得到足够的重视。笔者在前稿中曾对命令文书开读的形式、程序以及与此相关的历史状况加以考察。本文则在此基础之上,以忽必烈(Qubilai)时期以后的开读使臣(为开读命令文书而派遣的使臣)为中心对以下两个问题加以讨论。第一,担负命令文书传达的开读使臣都是由哪些人员所构成?第二,命令文书的传达是沿着怎样的路线进行的?换句话说,开读
