提出了约瑟夫逊隧道结与辐照微波耦合的一种理论。认为微波能量是从结两端同时进入的,隧道结与辐照微波之间的耦合是磁场耦合,得到了该“强迫振动模型”的解。用此理论统一地解释了用半波长隧道结测量2e/h时观察到的一系列实验现象。进行了隧道结与辐照微波耦合方式的实验研究和整波长隧道结与微波耦合情况的观察,实验证明此理论是正确的。
A theory of Josephson junctions coupled with irradiation microwaves is proposed. It is considered that the microwave energy enters simultaneously from both ends of the junction, and the coupling between the tunnel junction and the irradiated microwave is a magnetic field coupling, and the solution of the “forced vibration model” is obtained. This theory is used to explain a series of experimental phenomena observed when measuring 2e / h with a half-wavelength tunnel junction. The experimental research on the coupling of tunnel junction and irradiation microwave and the observation of the coupling of long wavelength tunnel junction and microwave are carried out. The experiment proves that this theory is correct.
