一、前言 由于对汽油需求量的日益增加,催化叠合工艺,进入七十年代后,作为生产高辛烷值汽油组分的手段,受到了十分重视。而选择性叠合工艺是七十年代后期发展起来的新技术,目前国外仅建成二套,近年来,我国引进法国IFP专利,建成一套生产叠合油的装置,这套装置对异丁烯叠合性特别高,所生成的叠合油组分中,二异丁烯含量大于40%而碳十二烯装含量也可达30%左右,如果将这种优质叠合油作为汽油或调配油使用,最很可惜的。如何能将二异丁烯及碳十二烯烃提出来,作为十分有用的化工原料供下游产品的开发,剩下的仍作为汽油,这将获得更可贵的经济效益,是十分有意义的。
