目的研究深圳市白纹伊蚊吸血、产卵习性,探讨其传播登革热的风险。方法在实验室饲养白纹伊蚊,定时人工饲血,记录吸血及产卵时间、频次、产卵量等。结果白纹伊蚊一生吸血次数中位数为9,最多吸血16次;一生产卵次数中位数为4,最多产卵7次;一生平均产卵数204枚,最多372枚;一个产次内吸血次数中位数为2,最多为10次;一个产次内产卵数为13~142枚,中位数为56;一个产次内第一次吸血到产卵天数为2~17 d,中位数为4。结论深圳市白纹伊蚊普遍存在多次吸血、多次产卵的现象,对登革热的传播有较重要意义。
Objective To study the blood-sucking and spawning habits of Aedes albopictus in Shenzhen and to explore the risk of dengue fever. Methods Aedes albopictus was kept in the laboratory, artificial blood was taken from time to time, blood-sucking time and frequency of spawning and spawning amount were recorded. Results The median number of sucking blood of Aedes albopictus was 9 and the sucking blood was 16 times at most. The median number of eggs in a lifetime was 4, the maximum number of laying eggs was 7 times, the average number of eggs laid in a lifetime was 204 and the maximum was 372. The median number of sucking blood was 2, up to 10 times; the number of eggs laid in one production was 13 to 142, the median was 56; the number of eggs spawned from one production to the next was from 2 to 17 days With a median of 4. Conclusion Aedes albopictus in Shenzhen generally has multiple blood-sucking and spawning times, which is of great importance to the spread of dengue fever.
