培养高中生英语自主学习能力是教育改革和社会发展的需要。自主学习能力的培养需要师生共同协作,改变传统的教学模式。在民主基础上建立和谐的融洽的课堂教学环境,运用多种评价体系促进学生全面发展。本人总结多年的高中英语教学经验,从明确英语学习的重要性,激发学习兴趣,树立信心,开展小组互助活动,培养学生自主学习的习惯等方面进行了有效探索和实践,并取得了一些成效。 To cultivate high school students’ English self-learning ability is the need of education reform and social development.
