本文观察了外界高温(干球40℃,湿球35℃),不同劳动负荷等因素对SD大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力及超微结构的影响。材料与方法:81只160~230gSD大鼠被随机分成七个组。Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ组为受热1小时组,Ⅲ组为受热2小时组,Ⅳ组为单纯游泳组V组为受热1小时游泳组,Ⅵ组为受热1小时延期4小时活杀组,Ⅶ组为受热1小时延期24小时活杀组。受热动物放入人工气候室受热,游泳组动物投入32℃温水中游泳,沉入水中10秒者判为劳动力衰竭。断颈活杀,收集腹腔巨噬细胞,做腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数、Fc受体、酸性磷酸酶活性等观察。在巨噬细胞混悬液中加鸡红细胞孵化10分钟后,用1%戊二醛固定,按常规方法电镜制样。在电镜随
In this paper, the effects of high temperature (40°C on dry bulbs, 35°C on wet bulbs), and different workloads on the phagocytosis and ultrastructure of peritoneal macrophages in SD rats were observed. Materials and Methods: Eighty-one 160-230g SD rats were randomly divided into seven groups. Group I was the control group, Group II was the heated 1 hour group, Group III was the heated 2 hour group, Group IV was the simple swimming group, Group V was the heated 1 hour swimming group, and Group VI was the heated 1 hour delayed 4 hour group. Group VII was a one-hour delayed 24 hour live kill group. The heated animals were placed in an artificial climate chamber and heated. The swimming group animals were put into the warm water at 32°C, and they fell into the water for 10 seconds and were judged as labor failure. The neck was killed and the peritoneal macrophages were collected. The phagocytosis rate, phagocytic index, Fc receptor, and acid phosphatase activity of the peritoneal macrophages were observed. After the chicken red blood cells were incubated in the macrophage suspension for 10 minutes, the cells were fixed with 1% glutaraldehyde, and the samples were prepared by the conventional method.
