免疫细胞在子宫蜕膜的选择性增多对妊娠发展起着关键性作用,其中最引人注目的是子宫自然杀伤(NK)细胞和树突状细胞(DC),子宫NK细胞与滋养细胞的增殖分化、侵蚀以及螺旋小动脉重塑等密切相关,而子宫DC主要介导母体蜕膜对胚胎的免疫耐受,并且与子宫蜕膜血管生成有关。很多研究显示二者互相影响、通过共同协调来维持妊娠的发展及胚胎的发育,本文就此做一综述。
