电杆钢模经过一段时间的使用后,会产生弯曲变形。一般电杆生产厂校正钢模是采用火焰校正和冷压校正两种方法。我厂自行设计制造了一台结构简单、使用方便的压床。几根由于“飞模”事故造成严重弯曲变形的钢模,经用该压床校直后,都重新投入了使用。一、压床的结构(见图)压床主要由床身、龙门小车、油压千斤顶三大部件组成。床身由两根工字钢组合而成。床身上方摆有一些由厚钢板割成的钢条,用以支承钢模。整个压床由地面上一些间隔一定距离的矩形支承点支承着。龙门小车主要由横梁、走轮、两根插销棒、两根丝杆和上、下调节螺母组成。调整调节螺母,即可调整横梁的高低。抽出插销棒,龙门小车即可在床身上来回滑动。选用50T 的油压千斤顶,用弹簧将千斤顶悬挂在横梁上。
After use for a period of time, the pole steel mould will produce bending deformation. The normal steel pole manufacturer corrects steel molds by using flame correction and cold pressure correction. Our factory has designed and manufactured a press machine with a simple structure and easy to use. Several of the steel molds that had been severely deformed due to the “flying mode” accident were put back into use after being straightened by the press. First, the structure of the press (see figure) Press mainly consists of the bed, the gantry car, hydraulic jack three major components. The bed is made of two I-beams. Above the bed there are steel bars cut from thick steel plates to support the steel molds. The entire press is supported by rectangular support points at a certain distance on the ground. The gantry trolley mainly consists of a cross beam, a running wheel, two bolt rods, two screw rods, and upper and lower adjusting nuts. Adjust the adjustment nut to adjust the height of the beam. Pull out the latch rod and the gantry trolley can slide back and forth on the bed. Use a 50T hydraulic jack and use a spring to hang the jack on the beam.
