固体吸附式制冷原理在1848年就被提出,1920年前后国外有人进行了商业化的努力.它可利用低品位热源驱动,压缩机用固体与气体间吸附和脱附的作用代替,制冷系统中大多采用与环境友好的制冷工质水、甲醇等,整个系统中基本不含运动件,可广泛用于工业余热利用、汽车余热利用、太阳能利用等场合.80年代以来,固体吸附式制冷/热泵技术又得到了世界各国的广泛关注,并得到了迅速发展,目前已有部分样机投入实际运行.本文从循环的角度,分析实际循环在运行时与理想循环的差距及设计和运行中需要注意的问题.1 固体吸附式制冷的Clapeyron图、p-T图及充满系数
