肝硬化腹水是肝功能不全最常见的严重并发症之一,主要发生在肝硬化失代偿期及急性重型肝炎。中医认为肝硬化腹水乃气血水互结为患,以致正气日衰,臌胀日甚。笔者自2006年1月至2009年3月采用中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水60例,对其疗效进行观察,取得满意效果,现总结如下。1资料与方法
Cirrhotic ascites is one of the most common serious complications of liver insufficiency and occurs mainly in decompensated cirrhosis and acute severe hepatitis. Chinese medicine believes that ascites of liver cirrhosis as blood and water each other as a result, so that righteousness decay, swollen even worse. The author from January 2006 to March 2009 the use of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of cirrhosis and 60 cases of ascites, its efficacy was observed and achieved satisfactory results, are summarized as follows. 1 data and methods
