目的:探讨以事实为依据的医疗纠纷答复制度及应用效果。方法:建立以医疗纠纷前期接待、“专家讨论会”、后期答复为流程的制度,比对2012年制度应用前和2013年制度应用后1年间158(95/63)例医疗纠纷引入途径平均耗时及激烈程度。结果:应用制度前后(2012/2013)平均耗时(天)为:20.8±5.2/6.4±3.1(P<0.01);激烈程度(评分)为:4.14±3.75/2.75±1.68(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论:以事实为根据的医疗纠纷答复制度对医患双方统一认识、尽快进入解决途径效果良好。
Objective: To explore the fact-based medical dispute response system and its application effects. Methods: To establish the system of reception of medical dispute in the early stage of medical dispute, expert discussion and post-reply as the process, compared with 158 (95/63) cases of medical malpractice introduction before 2012 and one year after 2013 system application The average time-consuming and intensity. Results: The average time spent before (2012/2013) was 20.8 ± 5.2 / 6.4 ± 3.1 (P <0.01) and the severity was 4.14 ± 3.75 / 2.75 ± 1.68 (P <0.01) , The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The truth-based medical dispute response system has a unified understanding of both doctors and patients, and works well as soon as possible.
