中国的第四纪冰川研究,从二十年代初在太行山东麓发现冰川遗迹以来,经半个世纪的探求,肯定的意见逐步在气候变化的幅度和广度方面趋于一致。但是,用气候变化的观点,冰川遗迹和我国第四纪冰期与间冰期的方法,来研究第四纪地层还开始不久,有关的重大问题,意见还不一致。我们愿就有关问题提出一些初步意见,与从事这方面研究的学者共同商讨。
Since the discovery of glaciers in the eastern foot of the Taihang Mountains from the early 1920s, China’s quaternary glaciers have reached a consensus after half a century of exploration and affirmative comments on the scale and breadth of climate change. However, with the viewpoints of climate change, glacial relics and Quaternary glaciations and interglacials in China, it is still not long before the Quaternary stratigraphy was started. The major issues and views are still not consistent. We are willing to put forward some preliminary opinions on the relevant issues and hold discussions with scholars engaged in this aspect.
