使用Leica DM2500光学显微镜和WDW-50万能试验机,研究了0Cr13钢热轧盘条在710~810℃退火2~4 h时,显微组织和力学性能的演变规律。结果表明:退火可以改善热轧盘条的塑性,且随退火温度的升高和退火时间的延长,抗拉强度呈现逐渐降低趋势。当退火时间<3 h时,抗拉强度随退火时间延长快速下降;当退火时间由3 h延长至4 h时,抗拉强度变化不大。当退火温度升高到810℃时,出现退火粗晶。
Using Leica DM2500 optical microscope and WDW-50 universal testing machine, the evolution of microstructure and mechanical properties of 0Cr13 steel hot-rolled wire rod during annealing at 710 ~ 810 ℃ for 2 ~ 4 h was studied. The results show that annealing can improve the plasticity of hot-rolled wire rod. With the increase of annealing temperature and annealing time, the tensile strength decreases gradually. When the annealing time is less than 3 h, the tensile strength decreases rapidly with the annealing time prolonging. When the annealing time is prolonged from 3 h to 4 h, the tensile strength does not change much. When the annealing temperature is increased to 810 ℃, the annealing coarse grain appears.
