自体骨髓移植治疗急性白血病及恶性肿瘤发展很快。这种方法已成为治疗急性白血病和恶性肿瘤的有效方法,骨髓中超大剂量化疗和全身放射治疗,是治疗的关键,同时患者免疫功能也受到明显抑制,并持续较长时间。因此患者易受各种感染及继发其它疾病,这样影响了移植的成活率。为了预防各种感染,提高成活率,对免疫功能变化的情况进行研究,以便采取相应措施,促进免疫功能尽快恢复正常是非常重要的。现将我们4例骨髓移植后免疫功能的变化总结如下。

Super-dose chemotherapy and systemic radiation therapy in the bone marrow are the key to treatment. At the same time, the patient’s immune function is also significantly inhibited for a long time. Therefore, patients are susceptible to various infections and secondary diseases, which affects the survival rate of transplantation. In order to prevent various infections and increase the survival rate, it is very important to study the changes in immune function in order to take appropriate measures to promote the restoration of immune function as soon as possible. Now we summarize the changes in immune function after bone marrow transplantation in 4 cases as follows.
