我们已经报告了用H-TdR掺入法比较32份人脐血T细胞对TF-h和TF-p的反应的结果。实验说明,TF-h及TF-p制剂既含有刺激的成分,又含有抑制淋转的成分,而人脐血T细胞对F-h和TF-p具有复杂的个体反应。在此基础上,我们又进行了用不同浓度的TF-h及TF-p处理脐血T细胞,并观察TF对PHA及ConA诱导淋转的影响。结果进一步说明,当TF经过不同浓度的稀释之后,原先对PHA或ConA诱导的淋转抑制
We have reported the results of the H-TdR incorporation assay comparing the response of 32 human cord blood T cells to TF-h and TF-p. Experiments have shown that both TF-h and TF-p preparations contain both stimulatory and anti-lymphoid components, whereas human cord blood T cells have complex individual responses to F-h and TF-p. On this basis, we also treated cord blood T cells with different concentrations of TF-h and TF-p and observed the effect of TF on PHA and ConA-induced leaching. The results further indicate that when TF was diluted at different concentrations, the original inhibition of PHA or ConA induced lymph node metastasis
