用银基汞膜电极为工作电极,以0.10mol/LHCO-3~0.16mol/LCO(2-)3缓冲溶液为底液,对儿童饮料中的锌进行微分电位溶出分析。线性范围0~2.50mg/L,批内、批间变异系数分别为2.3%和4.6%,回收率为88.8~107.0%,平均97.13%,用预镀汞的方法制备银基汞膜电极,连续测定1~3天均有良好的重现性。
The silver-mercury membrane electrode was used as the working electrode, and zinc in children’s drink was subjected to differential potentiometric stripping analysis using 0.10mol / LHCO-3 ~ 0.16mol / LCO (2-) 3 as the buffer solution. The linear range was from 0 to 2.50 mg / L. The coefficient of variation (CV) within and between batches were 2.3% and 4.6%, respectively. The recoveries ranged from 88.8% to 107.0% with an average of 97.13% Mercury-based method to prepare silver-based mercury film electrode, continuous determination of 1 to 3 days have good reproducibility.
