本文全面分析了低丘红壤区伏秋旱的成因、特征和抗旱措施。结果表明,降水量超前于潜在蒸发量变化及红壤调控、供水力弱、有效水少,供需矛盾突出是伏秋旱的主因。其特征是频率和强度加大、干热同步、表土干旱。关键对策是建立开源节流为主体、降耗增效为两翼的抗旱技术体系。
This paper comprehensively analyzed the causes, characteristics and drought resistance measures of autumn drought in red soil region. The results show that the precipitation is ahead of the potential evapotranspiration and red soil regulation, water supply is weak, less effective water, prominent contradiction between supply and demand is the main cause of autumn drought. It is characterized by increased frequency and intensity, dry-hot synchronization, topsoil drought. The key countermeasure is to establish a drought-resistant technical system with revenue and expenditure as the main body and energy saving and efficiency as two wings.
