现如今激烈竞争的社会,需要的不再是传统的学习型人才,更需要的是综合素质过硬的全能型人才。与此同时,我国为了适应现如今竞争状况下的社会,也相应改革了我国教育事业的目标,即提高全民族的思想道德、文化科学素质,使受教育者得到全面发展,其中美育教育是一个重要环节。中小学是奠定学生基础的时期,因此学生的素质培养应从中小学时期就开始,而管乐教学是我国音乐教育中最有特点和规模的一大课程,于是,加强管乐教学就成为了中小学音乐教学的重头戏。本文,笔者将通过对管乐教育这门课程的发展出现的问题进行分析,研究改进教学的各种途径,以此来提高学生个人与集体表演技能的水平。
