本文研究了氟对大鼠免疫器官的影响及“抗氟灵”对氟的拮抗作用。24只大鼠被随机分成3组,A组为阴性对照组,B组为染氟组,C组为氟加“抗氟灵”组。观察与检测了所有动物的胸腺及脾脏的蛋白质含量,脏器重量,脏器系数及形态学变化。结果显示:B组动物胸腺与脾脏的蛋白含量,脏器重量,脏器系数均明显下降,胸腺皮质明显变薄,淋巴细胞稀疏;C组动物的这些指标变化不明显。提示氟对大鼠免疫器官具有一定的损害作用,而“抗氟灵”对此有部分拮抗作用。
This article studies the effects of fluoride on immune organs in rats and the antagonistic effect of “Fluorine on Fluoride”. Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into three groups: group A as negative control group, group B as fluoride group and group C as fluoride plus fluoride group. The protein content, organ weight, organ coefficient and morphological changes of thymus and spleen of all animals were observed and tested. The results showed that the protein content, organ weight and organ coefficient of thymus and spleen decreased significantly in group B, the thymus cortex became thinner and the lymphocytes became sparse. The changes of these indexes in group C were not obvious. Prompted fluoride on rat immune organs have a certain role in the damage, and “anti-fluoride Ling” on this part of the antagonistic effect.
