1.花椒为芸香科植物青椒Zanthoxylum schi-nifolium Sieb.et Zucc.或花椒Z.bungeanum Maxim.的干燥成熟果皮。辛、温,具有温中止痛,杀虫止痒之功。而在商品花椒药材中,常混有花椒种子(药材称之椒目)及其果柄,多者高达30%。中医认为,椒目苦、寒,功能为行水消肿。因此,花椒与椒目性味、功能完全不同,应加以区分,不能混用。但85年版药典,在花椒项下只规定了残存种子的性状特征,而未对种子的残存量作限度规定。为此,建议在花椒质量标准中,应增加对花椒种子及其果柄的限度检查。2.全蝎为钳蝎科动物东亚钳蝎Buthus marten-sii Karsch 的干燥体。85年版药典规定,全蝎在捕捉后,需置沸水或沸盐水中,煮至全身僵硬,然后置通风处阴干。但对沸盐水的浓度标准未作具体规定。因此,有的为了增加药材重量,将全蝎在浓盐水中反复浸泡,或趁湿掺入大量的细盐粉,以至全蝎中含盐量高
