目的 探讨半脑照射后大鼠的学习、记忆力损伤的特点及其变化规律。方法 采用 4MeV电子束对 8~ 10周龄的雌性SD大鼠作半脑照射 ,照射剂量分别为 5、15、30Gy。另设对照组 (只麻醉、不照射 )。于照射后第 3天、第 1周、第 1、2个月分别采用Y迷宫测定大鼠的学习、记忆能力。结果 照射后第 3、7天大鼠的学习能力受损最明显 ,1、2个月有所恢复 ;记忆功能亦有所下降。受损严重程度以 30Gy组最明显 ,依次为 15Gy组、5Gy组。结论 半脑照射可使大鼠的学习、记忆能力下降。学习、记忆能力的损伤程度与照射剂量有关
Objective To investigate the characteristics and changes of learning and memory impairment after hemilertial irradiation in rats. Methods Female Sprague-Dawley rats aged 8 ~ 10 weeks were irradiated with 4 MeV electron beam at dose of 5, 15 and 30 Gy, respectively. Another control group (anesthesia, no irradiation). On the 3rd day, the 1st week, the 1st and 2nd month after irradiation, the learning and memory abilities of rats were measured by Y maze. Results On the 3rd and 7th day after irradiation, the learning ability of the rats was most obviously impaired, restored at 1 and 2 months, and memory function also decreased. The severity of the damage was most noticeable in the 30Gy group, followed by 15Gy and 5Gy groups. Conclusion Hemispheric irradiation can reduce learning and memory in rats. The degree of learning and memory damage is related to the irradiation dose
