本刊1983年7期发表了《盐亭县人民医院是怎样迈开改革步伐的》一文后,我们又去调查了该院改革后的一些变化。盐亭县医院试行的《科室组合、定额包干、结合奖励》改革方案,从一开始就以新的活力展现在人们的面前。通过群众选举、领导聘请的科室干部,感到肩上的担子重了,立意不负众望。他们刻苦钻研医疗技术,身先士卒地带头工作,甚至节假日也难得休息。经领导选招的职工,深感责任重大,想办法,订措施,攻难关,提高医疗质量,方便群众就医,受到了患者的普遍赞扬。
After the publication of the article “How the Yanting People’s Hospital took the pace of reform” in the 7th issue of 1983, we went to investigate some changes after the reform of the hospital. Yanting County Hospital’s trial reform program of “combination of departments, quotas, and lump sums, combined rewards” has been presented to the people with new vitality from the very beginning. Through the election of the masses and the leadership of the cadres hired by the leaders, they feel that the burden on the shoulders is heavy, and they are determined to live up to the expectations. Assiduously studying medical technology, they take the lead in work and even take a rest on holidays. The employees selected by the leadership deeply feel that their responsibilities are significant, and they have been widely praised by the patients for finding ways to set up measures, attack difficulties, improve the quality of medical care, and facilitate the people’s medical treatment.
