针对换热站运行不经济、供暖效果不理想等现状,提出水-水换热机组自动控制及网络监控系统的解决方案;叙述了无人值守热交换站的自动化控制工艺流程,以此为主线详细介绍了传统等温差控制法的改进方法以及循环泵和补水泵的变频控制系统。该系统通过现场调试并在开滦唐钱社区使用一个采暖周期后,换热站供暖质量提高,节能效果显著,最终能够达到安全、稳定、高效和经济运行的目的。
Aiming at the current situation that the operation of the heat transfer station is not economical and the heating effect is not ideal, the solution of automatic control of water-water heat exchanger unit and network monitoring system is put forward. The automatic control process of unmanned heat exchange station is described. The improved method of traditional isothermal difference control method and the frequency conversion control system of circulating pump and makeup pump are introduced in detail. The system through on-site commissioning and the community in Kailuan Don money use a heating cycle, the heat exchanger station heating quality, energy-saving effect is significant, and ultimately able to achieve the purpose of safety, stability, efficiency and economic operation.
