目的:通过问卷调查了解大学生医疗消费行为的影响因素及其作用。方法:通过有序多分类Logistic回归拟合累计Logit模型进行分析。结果:性别、意愿首选校医院就诊、认为学校经常开展基本医疗保险宣传、在校期间报销过基本医疗保险、认为校医院医务人员素质低、认为校医院药品质量差等6个因素对累计Logit模型的贡献具有统计学意义。结论:应当从影响大学生医疗消费行为的诸多因素入手,挖掘最根本的原因,通过加强校医院建设和对基本医疗保险的宣传教育等措施,引导大学生形成正确的医疗消费行为,使大学生的健康权益得到充分保障。
Objective: To understand the influencing factors and their effects of college students’ medical consumption behavior through questionnaire survey. Methods: Logistic regression was used to analyze the cumulative Logit model.
