某日,余逢黄守愚君,偶读《文艺生活·艺术中国》上刊载的龙开胜先生之《书法是文化的,·更是技术的》(以下简称《技术》)。开胜乃湘人,彼此既为同乡。挑灯读之,觉其所言谬矣。又编者按,“编发此文,以期引起争鸣”云云,故窃意与其一辩,尚不至惹其“龙”颜大怒。详读其文,观点无非:书法虽属文化艺术,然境界之提高,更在乎技术之渐进。鄙人以为,倘详论此题,必先厘定对话之层面。观其文,吾以为所论之对象应为书家,而非一般书法研习者。因大凡某类艺术之探索者,均需经此技法磨练之门,否则先不论可否得其中玄妙,入门尚不可得也。故若继续探讨,
