本文从机体对细菌感染的主动性防御功能方面比较观察该证型胃粘膜Ｈｂ阳性和阴性时的局部免疫反应。６０例病例观察，其中Ｈｂ阳性及阴性各３０例。结果表明，有、无Ｈｂ感染组之间中性白细胞浸润有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），且Ｈｂ菌量与中性白细胞浸润程度呈正相关；两组间３种免疫球蛋白分泌细胞计数均有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
