一、文化概念的形成文化是一种在每一个具体历史阶段都具有特殊存在形式的历史现象。为了揭示不同的民族、国家或区域生活的特点和特性,我们就必须将它们与其他民族的文化特点进行比较,设法了解它们对于现在和将来的意义。例如,古希腊人物质的和精神的成就,只是在和另外一些民族的成就,或和我们自己的成就的比较中,才成为“古希腊罗马文化”。倘若在它之外不存在其他的文化,那么,“古希腊罗马文化”的概念就失去了意义。
I. The Formation of Cultural Concept Culture is a historical phenomenon that has a special existence in each specific historical stage.
