临床实践表明,越来越多的糖尿病“三多一少”症状不明显,因而失治延治,给患者的治疗及健康带来较大影响。不典型性糖尿病有下列特殊表现,应引起医患人员的高度重视。 手足麻痛 经长期的临床观察,手足麻痛是糖尿病特殊的临床症状之一。病人常觉四肢麻木,有虫爬感、灼热感,行走时似踩棉垫,较重者手足及四肢剧烈疼痛。据医学专家统计,40％的糖尿病人有手足麻痛感,90％以上的病人出现周围神经功能异常的表现。 阳痿 阳痿既是动脉硬化的重要指征,也是糖尿病发生的特殊症状之一。由于长期的血糖尿糖增高,不仅导致周围神经的损害,亦可导致动脉血管的硬化。据统计,男性糖尿病患者并发阳痿者高达55％左右,特别是中老年肥胖者,出现阳痿,更应引起警惕。
