目的探索金属烤瓷冠修复失败的原因。方法作者对34例(45颗)金属烤瓷冠修复失败的病例进行了回顾性分析。结果 34例金属烤瓷冠修复失败的原因归纳如下:牙龈炎12例、牙龈变色8例、牙冠颜色不协调7例、崩瓷4例、修复体脱落3例。结论在金属烤瓷铸造修复体时要做到合理设计、提高备牙技术,精确取模、规范操作、积极处理好失败原因,才能收到满意的修复效果。
Objective To explore the reasons for the failure of metal porcelain crowns. Methods The authors retrospectively analyzed the failed cases of 34 cases (45) porcelain fused to metal crowns. Results The results of 34 cases of failed restoration of metal porcelain crowns were summarized as follows: 12 cases of gingivitis, 8 cases of gingival discoloration, 7 cases of uncorrected crown color, 4 cases of collapse porcelain and 3 cases of prosthesis detachment. Conclusion In the metal porcelain casting prosthesis to make reasonable design, improve preparation technology, accurate mold, regulate the operation, and actively handle the failure reason, in order to receive satisfactory repair effect.
