目的探讨颞叶癫痫附加症正确诊断的价值及临床-电生理学特点并复习相关文献。方法回顾性分析1例经颅内电极监测(i-VEEG)证实为颞叶癫痫附加症患者的临床-电生理学特点,并根据术前评估结果行右前颞(包括部分海马、杏仁核)及右颞-顶-枕交界区致痫灶切除术。结果术后患者一过性左侧肢体肌力下降及出现焦虑,治疗后逐渐恢复正常。出院后继续口服抗癫痫药,随访18个月未有癫痫发作。结论结合文献复习,颞叶癫痫附加症的正确诊断可提高此类癫痫的外科治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the value and clinical-electrophysiological characteristics of temporal lobe epilepsy syndrome and to review related literatures. Methods The clinical electrophysiological characteristics of one patient with temporal lobe epilepsy confirmed by i-VEEG were retrospectively analyzed. According to the preoperative evaluation results, the right anterior temporal (including part of the hippocampus and amygdala) and right Temporal - top - occipital junction induced epileptogenic resection. Results Postoperative patients with transient left limb muscle strength decreased and anxiety, gradually returned to normal after treatment. Oral antiepileptic drugs were given after discharge and no epileptic seizures occurred at 18 months of follow-up. Conclusion With the literature review, the correct diagnosis of temporal lobe epilepsy can improve the surgical treatment of such epilepsy.
