目的研究角膜移植拆线前后血液、泪液免疫功能与角膜移植排斥反应的相关性。方法２６例角膜移植患者拆线前后血液中ＣＤ４＋、ＣＤ８＋Ｔ细胞百分比，ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ含量测定及泪液中ＩｇＧ、ＳＩｇＡ含量测定。结果角膜移植患者拆线后第２、３天泪液ＩｇＧ含量与拆线前比较有明显增高。拆线后发生排斥反应患者泪液ＩｇＧ含量及血液ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋比值较无排斥反应患者为高。结论泪液ＩｇＧ含量及血液中ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋比值可作为预测角膜移植排斥反应的指标；角膜移植患者欲行拆线作此免疫功能测定尤为重要
Objective To investigate the correlation between blood and tear immune function and corneal graft rejection before and after corneal transplantation. Methods The levels of CD4 +, CD8 + T cells, IgG and IgA in blood were measured before and after suture removal in 26 patients with corneal transplantation. The contents of IgG and SIgA in tear fluid were measured. Results In patients with corneal transplantation, the content of IgG in tear fluid on the 2nd and 3rd day after suture removal was significantly higher than that before suture removal. Patients with rejection after removal of tear IgG content and blood CD4 + / CD8 + ratio than patients without rejection was high. Conclusion The content of IgG in lacrimal fluid and the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + in blood can be used as an index to predict the rejection of corneal allograft.
