评价环境中化学物质的遗传风险性已经用了许多不同的方法,包括哺乳动物体内试验及人类诱导细胞体外试验等。我们对两种新研制有机磷类农药丙溴磷及特丁磷,按照中华人民共和国卫生部“新药审批办法”的附件<药理、毒理学技术>的要求进行了小鼠骨髓细胞微核实验,探讨两种农药的诱变性,以期对环境及接触人群的安全性评价提供依据。
Many different methods have been used to evaluate the genetic risk of chemicals in the environment, including mammalian in vivo tests and in vitro human induced cell assays. We conducted two experiments on the micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow cells based on the requirements of two newly developed organophosphorus pesticides, such as profenofos and terbuthyla, in accordance with the appendix of “Measures for the Examination and Approval of New Drugs” issued by the Ministry of Public Health of the People’s Republic of China. To explore the mutagenicity of two kinds of pesticides, in order to provide a basis for the safety assessment of the environment and the exposed population.
