目前,不少矿井的采区回采率仍低于国家规定的标准,有的甚至还在下降。这种情况已经给国家资源造成了很大浪费,使矿井生产的经济技术指标受到严重影响。为了减少地下煤损,改善采区生产条件,一些矿井推广采用了无煤柱开采工艺,收到了良好的效果。下面,以开滦情况为例,谈谈对无煤柱开采的几点认识。 一、采区损失率的分析 据实测,开滦赵各庄矿、徐家楼井、林西矿的八、九水平近年来的采区平均回采率普遍低于技术政策规定的指标,采区煤量损失严重(如表1)。
