KJ785是一种性能优良的晶闸管移相触发器专用电路。它在正常工作时可输出两路相位差为180°的触发脉冲,移相范围宽(0~180°)。该器件主要用于各种变流设备中控制单向、双向晶闸管功率器件。 一、结构和原理 KJ785由同步检测寄存电路、基准电源电路、锯齿波形成电路、移相电压和锯齿波综合比较电路、逻辑运算控制以及功率放大电路等部分组成,如图1所示。由图1可以看出,该电路是运用同步锯齿波与移相电压相比较后产生移相触发脉冲的,所产生的移相触发脉冲经过逻辑电路处理并放大后输出。器件的
