目的:探讨加味五子衍宗丸对实验性精索静脉曲张大鼠睾丸组织超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法:3月龄雄性SD大鼠,采用肾静脉缩窄法建立精索静脉曲张的病理模型,造模后随机分为模型对照组、加味五子衍宗丸低、高剂量组各15只。48d后开始给药,连续60d,取出左侧睾丸,匀浆,分别检测其SOD,MDA水平。结果:模型组大鼠睾丸组织液中SOD活性显著降低,MDA含量显著升高(P<0.01);加味五子衍宗丸低、高剂量组大鼠睾丸组织中SOD活性较模型对照组升高,MDA含量较模型对照组降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:加味五子衍宗丸能显著提高模型大鼠睾丸组织SOD水平,降低MDA水平。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Modified Wuzi Yanzong Pills on superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the testis of experimental varicocele rats. METHODS: Three-month-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were used to establish the pathological model of varicocele by renal vein stenosis. After modeling, the rats were randomly divided into model control group and 15 rats in the low-and high-dose group of Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong Pill. After 48 days, administration was continued for 60 days. The left testis was removed and homogenized. The levels of SOD and MDA were measured. RESULTS: SOD activity in the testicular tissue of the model group was significantly decreased and the content of MDA was significantly increased (P<0.01). The SOD activity in the testis of the rats in the low-and high-dose group of Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong Pills was higher than that in the model control group, and the MDA content was increased. Compared with the model control group (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion: Modified Wuzi Yanzong Pill can significantly increase the level of SOD in the testis of model rats and reduce the level of MDA.
