省墙改办于5月8、9日在葫芦岛市召开了全省墙改办主任会议。会议的议题是:传达全国墙改办主任会议精神;研讨全省墙改“九五”计划及2010年发展规划;研究贯彻落实省财政厅、省建材局、省墙改办联合印发的辽财综字[1996]194号文件;各市墙改办汇报工作、交流经验;部署下半年墙改工作。参加会议的有各市(含部分县级市)墙改办主任、省计委、经贸委、建设厅、土地局的代表共30余人;国家两部两局墙改办主任、国家建材局党组成员、政策法规司司长陈福广,省政府副秘书长、省墙改办主任杨宝
The provincial wall reform office was held in Huludao City on May 8th and 9th to hold the director meeting of the Provincial Wall Reform Office. The topics of the conference were: to convey the spirit of the meeting of directors of the National Wall Reform Office; discuss the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” for the wall reform of the province; and the development plan for the year 2010; study and implement the Liao Cai issued jointly by the Provincial Department of Finance, the Provincial Building Materials Bureau, and the Provincial Reform Office. Document No. [1996] No. 194; reporting and exchange of experience for each municipal wall office; deployment of wall reform in the second half of the year. At the conference, there were more than 30 representatives of the directors of the wall reform offices of the cities (including some county-level cities), the provincial planning commission, the economic and trade commission, the construction department, and the land bureau; the director of the two national bureaus of the two bureaus and the member of the party committee of the National Building Materials Bureau Chen Fuguang, Director of the Department of Policy and Regulations, Yang Bao, Deputy Secretary-General of the Provincial Government and Director of the Office of Provincial Reform
