“教学做一体化”模式在外科护理学教学中的应用

目的探讨“教学做一体化”教学模式在外科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013级三年制护理专业3班和5班为研究对象,3班为实验组,采用“教学做一体化”教学模式授课;5班为对照组,采用传统教学方法。授课结束后进行理论考核、技能考核和问卷调查,了解教学效果。结果理论考核成绩80分及以上者实验组占65.57%,对照组只占39.35%;实验组理论和5项外科护理技能操作考核成绩均优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);调查问卷结果显示,实验组96.72%的学生认为“教学做一体化”教学模式能增强动手能力,95.08%的学生认为能提高交流沟通及协作能力,93.44%的学生认为能激发学习兴趣。结论 “教学做一体化”教学模式应用于外科护理学教学中,能活跃课堂气氛,充分发挥学生潜能,提高课堂教学质量和学生综合素质。 Objective To explore the application effect of “teaching to make all-in-one” teaching mode in surgical nursing teaching. Methods The third and fifth classes of 2013 three-year nursing specialty in our hospital were selected as research objects, three classes were experimental group, and the teaching mode of “teaching integration” was used. Five classes were used as control group, and the traditional teaching method was used. After the end of the course to conduct theoretical assessment, skills assessment and questionnaire survey to understand the teaching effect. Results The results of the theory test scores of 80 points and above accounted for 65.57% of the experimental group, the control group accounted for only 39.35%; experimental group theory and five surgical nursing skills assessment results were better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). According to the survey results, 96.72% of the students in the experimental group think that “teaching integration” can enhance the practical ability, 95.08% of the students think it can improve the communication and collaboration ability, 93.44% of the students think that can stimulate Learning interest. Conclusions The teaching mode of “doing all-in-one” teaching is applied in the teaching of surgical nurse science, which can activate the classroom atmosphere, give full play to the potential of students, improve the quality of classroom teaching and the overall quality of students.
