环孢霉素A(cyclosporine A,CsA)是器官移植手术后常用的一种免疫抑制剂,其长期使用后产生的睾丸毒性不容忽视,严重影响了器官移植患者正常的生育能力。为探讨CsA对生殖系统的损伤,该文从其对生殖器官发育的影响、对生殖系统损伤的作用机制以及目前缓解CsA生殖毒性的药物研究等方面进行了阐述,旨在引起广大医学工作者对CsA生殖毒性的关注和重视,同时为研制开发缓解CsA生殖毒性的药物提供借鉴。
Cyclosporine A (CsA) is an immunosuppressant commonly used after organ transplantation. The testis toxicity after long-term use can not be ignored, which seriously affects the normal fertility of organ transplant recipients. In order to explore the damage of CsA to the reproductive system, this paper elaborates its effects on reproductive organ development, the mechanism of reproductive system injury and the current study of drugs that relieve the reproductive toxicity of CsA, aiming to arouse the interest of the general medical staff CsA reproductive toxicity of attention and attention, at the same time for the development of drugs to ease the reproductive toxicity of CsA provide a reference.
