树突细胞瘤苗是一种有前途的肿瘤特异性主动免疫治疗新方法。该瘤苗对晚期、肿瘤负荷较大的黑色素瘤、肾细胞癌和前列腺癌均有肯定的疗效。该疗法副作用轻微，患者可在门诊接受治疗。但是树突细胞瘤苗的临床应用研究刚刚起步，有很多临床应用相关的问题尚待进一步研究。
Dendritic cell tumor vaccine is a promising new method for tumor-specific active immunotherapy. The tumor has a positive effect on late stage, large tumor burden melanoma, renal cell carcinoma and prostate cancer. The side effects of the therapy are mild and the patient can be treated at the outpatient clinic. However, the clinical application of dendritic cell vaccines has just started. There are many problems related to clinical applications that need further study.
