目的通过对去甲万古霉素有效治疗恶性血液病化疗后感染研究,总结临床经验,提高诊治水平。方法回顾性分析淮北矿工总医院2004～2009年31例确诊为恶性血液病化疗后并发感染使用去甲万古霉素有效诊疗过程。结果去甲万古霉素治疗化疗后葡萄球菌、难辨梭状杆菌感染疗效满意,不良反应发生率低。结论对临床上恶性血液病患者化疗、广谱抗生素使用后诊断或倾向为葡萄球菌属、难辨梭状杆菌严重感染,经验性使用去甲万古霉素是适宜的。
Objective To study the effect of norvancomycin on the treatment of malignant hematological malignancies after chemotherapy, summarize the clinical experience and improve the diagnosis and treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis of 31 cases of Huaibei Miners’ Hospital from 2004 to 2009 confirmed the diagnosis of malignant hematological infection after chemotherapy with norvancomycin effective diagnosis and treatment process. Results Norvancomycin treatment of Staphylococcus aureus, Clostridium difficile infection was satisfactory, the incidence of adverse reactions is low. Conclusions The clinical use of chemotherapy, broad-spectrum antibiotics in patients with clinical diagnosis or predisposition to Staphylococcus, Clostridium difficile severe infection, empirical use of norvancomycin is appropriate.
